Installation Instructions
Location
Install upstream of key equipment (valves, pumps, etc.) in the pipeline system to ensure fluid is filtered first. Follow the medium flow direction arrow on the body. The sloped end of the "Y" should face downward to facilitate sediment collection and blowdown.
Preparation
Clean pipeline internals of welding slag, rust, etc., before installation to prevent affecting filtration. Verify strainer specifications match pipeline size and pressure. Operation
