It adopts a completely new design concept, enabling the regulating valve to dynamically balance system pressure fluctuations during actual operation. Therefore, the flow characteristic curve of this electric dynamic balance valve during operation matches the ideal flow characteristic curve without deviation. The special design ensures the valve's regulation is only affected by the standard control signal and not by system pressure fluctuations. Moreover, for any opening position of the electric valve, its flow rate is unique and constant. For HVAC systems, this means the heat (cool) delivered by the electric valve at any regulating position is stable. Thus, regardless of system pressure changes, the differential pressure between P2 and P3 remains constant due to the regulating action of the electric valve spool. (2) When the electric actuator receives a control signal moving the valve stem along the A-B direction, the opening between P2 and P3 also changes. Since the differential pressure (P2-P3) always remains constant regardless of the system differential pressure (P1-P3) change, the water flow rate delivered corresponds uniquely to any opening position. Furthermore, the actual flow characteristic curve of this 20 inch dynamic balance valve matches its ideal flow characteristic curve without deviation.
