Overview of Working Principle
The ductile iron dynamic balance valve consists of two parts: an automatic regulating disc and a manual regulating disc. The system fluid working pressure is P1, and the pressures before and after the manual regulating disc are P2 and P3, respectively. When the manual regulating disc is adjusted to a certain position, the "set flow rate" and the corresponding fixed (P2-P3) value are determined manually. When the system flow rate increases, the actual value of (P2-P3) exceeds the allowed set value. At this point, the automatic regulating disc automatically closes down until the flow rate is maintained back to the set flow rate, and vice versa.
